Hi, I’m Kari. I provide virtual accountability support for people who want to take action toward a goal, but are stuck in their heads and unable to move forward.
Maybe this sound like you…
You’ve read tons of self-help books, listened to dozens of podcasts, signed up for all sorts of courses, free and paid, and belong to several motivational and personal development groups on Facebook. Your Pinterest and Instagram feeds are full of motivating and inspiring life quotes.
You’re still not doing what you need to do.
You’re stuck in indecision, confusion, fear, hopelessness, and overwhelm.
If you’re a writer, maybe you’re not deciding on the niche, not sending out the pitches, not looking for networking opportunities, not writing the blog posts.
If you’re looking to get more fit, maybe you’re not hitting the gym, not taking the walk, not drinking the water, not turning off the TV.
If you’re an entrepreneur, maybe you’re not writing down your goals, not planning the year, not calendaring the day, not managing your mind.
If you’re desperate to clean and declutter your house, maybe you’re not tackling the hot spots, not doing the dishes, not catching up on the laundry, not throwing things away.
You KNOW your goals and maybe even started taking steps toward them but you’ve lost traction.
You tell yourself:
I don’t know if this is what I really want.
Who was I kidding?
This is too big and overwhelming.
I don’t know where to start.
This is too hard.
You’re behind on an important project at work, and you’re so overwhelmed you bury your head in the sand so you don’t have to deal with it.
You have a huge list of action items to tackle for your business and you don’t know where to start, so you don’t do any of them.
You have a family celebration soon and you’re panicked because you 1) don’t want anyone to come over and see your disastrous house; or 2) would love for people to come over and celebrate but you’re overwhelmed by the amount of work needed to make your house “presentable.”
You know what you need to do, but you just can’t get yourself to do it.
Trust me, I’ve been there. So many of us have.
If this is you…
You’re not alone. It’s going to be okay. You can get through this.
Take a deep breath.
Work to release any shame, guilt or negative self-talk related to your current situation.
I know you might think they’re useful, but they actually have the opposite effect: instead of spurring us to action, they make us want to run and hide.
And when we run and hide, we don’t show up for ourselves.
Just to clarify, I’m not a life coach. Life coaching can be extremely powerful. I’m part of a monthly personal development program run by a certified life coach and the mindset work alone has been so valuable. If you’re interested in coaching, I can direct you to several amazing coaches who specialize in teaching people how to manage their minds to transform their own lives.
What I do is help to bridge the gap from knowing what you need to do to and actually doing it.
My one-on-one accountability sessions are over the phone, and designed specifically for the people who, despite all available knowledge and resources, just can’t seem to get out of their heads and take the action they need to move their lives forward.
I made the decision to help people through this time because I know all too well the pain and suffering of feeling trapped by your own thinking.
Many people avoid taking action because they’re ashamed or afraid of being judged. Believe me when I tell you, I know those feelings all too well.
But it’s been my experience that not taking action simply prolongs shame and suffering.
And shame often leads to quitting.
I don’t want you to spend one more minute beating yourself up, or hiding away in shame.
I want to help you face your obstacles head-on so you can move forward toward your goals.
If you have something in your life that’s holding you back, let’s chat about how I can help.
Until then, please keep this in mind:
You are not your current situation.
Struggling does not take away from your value as a person.
Each and every one of us is worthy.
Each and every one of us deserves happiness. That means you, too.
You came here for a reason.
I’d love to help.
Talk to you soon,
