During this call, you’ll experience a full coaching session. My goal is for you to leave feeling empowered, clear, and ready to take action toward the life you want.
Step 2 – Choose a Coaching Package
If we’re a good fit, I offer three coaching packages designed to meet you where you are and take you where you want to be:
Package 1 – Mindset Fundamentals: Inside Out
3 Months (13 sessions) | $1,500
This package is for those ready to strip down limiting beliefs and rebuild from a place of strength and possibility. Over three months, we’ll focus on foundational skills—emotional responsibility, self-regulation, and mindset work—to create the internal capacity for a purposeful, fulfilling life.

Package 2 – Mindset Intensive
6 Months (26 sessions) | $2,750
For those ready to deepen their personal growth journey, this six-month package offers a sustained space to explore, challenge, and expand your beliefs and self-concept. Together, we’ll build the resilience and self-trust needed to stretch into a stronger, more empowered version of yourself.
You’ll receive:

Package 3 – Mindset Transformational Year
12 Months (52 sessions) | $5,000
This package is ideal for those who know that lasting transformation takes time. Over a full year, we’ll develop a deep foundation of emotional resilience, self-regulation, and mindset mastery, giving you the tools to navigate life’s challenges with calm and clarity.
You’ll receive:

Single Sessions
60-minute sessions | $99
Available exclusively to former clients who’ve worked with me for at least one year.
These single sessions offer a focused recalibration when you need it, helping you reconnect with the tools you’ve developed, realign with your goals, and move forward with renewed clarity and conviction.
Step 3 – Begin Your Coaching Journey
When we start working together, we’ll meet weekly via Zoom, creating a space to explore and transform the patterns of thought and behavior that have held you back. In the beginning, these principles may take time to practice and integrate as you replace old habits with empowering beliefs. But with consistency, the skills we build together will become second nature.
This journey doesn’t mean you’ll always feel positive or never struggle—growth is a human process. What will change is your ability to recognize when you’re off-center and quickly regain perspective.
