Hi, I’m Kari Watterson. Years ago, I was a medical malpractice defense paralegal. Today, I’m a life and mindset coach dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel true, meaningful, and fulfilling.
For decades, I struggled with doubt, fear, and self-criticism. I believed the negative thoughts in my head were simply part of who I was. Then, in my mid-forties, I encountered a simple but profound idea that changed everything:
Our thoughts shape how we feel. Our feelings drive our actions. Our actions create our lives.
This realization opened the door to a new way of thinking, feeling, and ultimately, living. I began challenging the critical inner voice that had kept me stuck for so long. I discovered that I wasn’t broken—my thoughts were patterns I had the power to change.
The journey wasn’t easy, and as I worked through the old beliefs and patterns, I felt both relief and waves of sadness. I grieved the years lost to self-doubt and self-criticism, time I’d spent trapped in my head, missing out on the life I could have been living. But this loss gave my journey purpose: I can’t get back those years, but I can help others reclaim theirs—sooner and more fully.
What I Believe
I believe that our thoughts don’t define us. We can choose the voice in our heads, and when we do, our entire lives change. I know the pain of feeling disconnected from yourself and from what truly matters, but I also know the freedom that comes from taking control.
This isn’t just about “thinking positive.” Mindset work is about building self-awareness, resilience, and emotional connection, day by day. It’s a practice I’m committed to because I’ve lived it—and because I’m still living it. I continue to show up every day, challenging my own thoughts and building a life that feels deeply aligned with who I am.
Who This is For
If you feel like you’re just getting by, disconnected from the life you want to be living, you’re not alone. Many people reach a point where survival stops being enough; we want more—real connection, deeper purpose, and a path that feels true to us.
Imagine a life where you’re no longer your own worst critic. A life where you can move beyond overthinking and self-doubt and start creating something that feels real and fulfilling.
Who would you be without that critical inner voice?
What would your life look like if you believed in your potential?
What dreams and desires would you finally allow yourself to pursue?
At the End of the Day
We have one life. How do you want to live yours? I know firsthand the power of this journey, and I’m here to walk it with you. Together, we’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, one intentional step at a time.
If you’re ready to stop just getting by and start reconnecting with yourself and what truly matters, let’s get to work.
Let’s begin your journey today.
